OUR TEAM
RJ Labrador
As the section Chair, RJ Labrador acts as the head of the Austin AMPP Chapter - leading the chapter's various activities, including chapter meetings and larger involvement across AMPP. With nearly 20 years in the corrosion prevention industry and a NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certification, RJ knows his way around corrosion barrier coatings and wraps.
In his day job, RJ is a Field Application Engineer for Polyguard Products, Inc..
Cole Finney
As Vice Chair for the chapter, Cole Finney helps lead the chapter, coordinates events, and supports corrosion training in Central Texas, while providing updates and participating with the AMPP organization. With five years in the corrosion prevention industry, leading compliance product developments and engaging in numerous industry events, Cole helps drive the chapter and industry forward.
In his professional role, Cole serves as Product Manager at Mobiltex.
Ron Deal
As Treasurer for the chapter, Ron Paul Deal manages the chapter budget and funds, providing updates to AMPP. Ron also assists with our on-site events. With over 20 years of experience in corrosion prevention and holding his AMPP Cathodic Protection Specialist CP4 certification, Ron is a well-versed professional in the corrosion industry and a valuable resource for our chapter members.
In his day job, Ron is a Sr. Engineering Manager at Farwest Corrosion.
Stephen Foster
As the Delegate and former Chair of the AMPP Austin Chapter, Stephen Foster, PE acts as an advisor and mentor to the chapter board members, assisting with various events and involvement with AMPP. With nearly 15 years of experience in the corrosion prevention industry, holding NACE Corrosion Technologist, Cathodic Protection Technician, and AMPP Coating Inspector certifications, Stephen is a valuable asset to our chapter.
In his day job, Stephen is an Associate Principal and Unit Manager for Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc.
